Katherine & Jarrod’s Elopement

Katherine and Jarrod met on a hike in Kauai. A year later, to the day, they eloped in Oahu, with a baby boy on the way.

No guest list, no vendors, no timeline. Just the two of them and a close friend as officiant.

They picked the date on purpose — the same day, one year after they met. They're expecting their first baby, and I'll be doing their newborn session soon too, so this year alone covers meeting, marrying, and becoming parents. As a documentary elopement photographer based in Oahu, this is exactly the kind of day I love shooting the most.
